Another highly rated breakfast joint. The food presentation/ plating looks really nice.. but the breakfast is just about average. Kind of what we've come to expect of London.. where really good eats for food snobs like us are hard to come by.

We had 2 Full English Breakfast and a Egg Benedict, with orders of coffees.

Stopped at Barbican Cafe for an English breakfast when spending a few nights in London. The Cafe was nice and the breakfast we had was okay too, but I've had better. I made the mistake of having the 'bubble' and should of had hash browns. Coffee was good and service was friendly.

Absolutely delicious. Honestly the best cafe I have been to. The food is so fresh and the presentation is lovely. Denise and all her staff were so welcoming. Travelled from Kent on the recommendation from my husband who is a regular here whilst at work. Will definitely be back. Pics of American breakfast, Canadian breakfast and smashed avocados

Our third time visiting the Barbican Cafe and yet again, despite it being busy, was welcomed inside and got a table straight away.

Extensive menu for breakfast, brunch and dinner.

I had the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast with hash browns - delicious!

Great prices for the portion sizes and great service.

Will come back again next time we are in London.

Thank you.

So glad we found Barbican Cafe! Stayed at a nearby hotel and saw Barbican Cafe when perusing Google Maps for local breakfast joints. Decided to give it a try and then we ended up going three of our next four mornings in London (and yes we tried another place...and then we came back to Barbican). The english breakfast is fantastic (especially the hash browns) and the french toast rivals anything I've had in the States. On top of that the staff is incredibly warm, and they create a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that will make you want to linger. Can't wait to come back to the Barbican cafe!
